Complete Gut and Remodel

What was considered an eyesore was turned into a center piece of outdoor activity.

Existing pool structure was built with vinyl walls, concrete floor and precast coping. The deck and retaining wall were in need of structural and cosmetic repairs.
We started with the gutting of the walls, coping and areas of the concrete shell. Excavated the area needed to add a hot tub. Next – rough plumbed and electrical to the pool and hot tub. Installed structural steel and bonding. After inspections – proceeded to Gunite the pool and elevated hot tub. We added bullnose brick coping and a brick apron to match up with the elevation of the pool and existing deck. The hot tub was finished with all brick and double bullnose brick with spill ways into the pool. Tile was then completed. Finished the pluming, electrical and installation of the pool equipment. Last was to refinish and resurface the deck and retaining wall – followed by plaster. Filled pool – started and tested all equipment.

Structural and Cosmetic Remodel

A family favorite outdoor area – restored and improved.

The existing pool beam, tile and coping were in need of structural and cosmetic repairs, The deck and plaster were warn and need of updating.

We started with the removing the coping and tile. We proceeded with removing all structural issues with the pool beam. We shot the beam with Gunite to complete the necessary repairs. We added bullnose brick coping to match up with the elevation of the pool and existing deck. Tile was then completed. Last was to refinish and resurface the deck – followed by prep and re-plaster. Filled pool – started and tested all equipment.

Structural and Cosmetic Remodel

The existing tile and coping were in need of structural and cosmetic repairs, The deck was crumbling and plaster were warn and need of updating.

We started with the removing the coping and tile. Next we removed the existing pool deck. .Some minor repairs were done on the pool beam. We added bullnose brick coping. Tile was then completed. We then proceeded by pouring a new deck around the pool – followed by prep and re-plaster. Filled pool – started and tested all equipment.

Existing pool structure was a vinyl pool with steel walls and precast coping. The deck was crumbling and all pool equipment, plumbing, electrical, etc. were damaged or non existent.
We started with tearing out the walls, deck and all debris in the area. Excavated the pool, hot tub and surrounding area. Next – rough plumbed and electrical to the pool and hot tub. Installed structural steel and bonding. After inspections – proceeded to Gunite the pool and elevated hot tub. We added bullnose brick coping . The hot tub was finished with all brick and double bullnose brick with glass block and spill ways into the pool. Tile was then completed. Finished the pluming, electrical and installation of the pool equipment. Last deck was added – followed by plaster. Filled pool – started and tested all equipment.
